This consultation includes revised plans for the third residential phase of Longcross North with a full detailed planning application to be submitted this Autumn.


Longcross North Phase 3 is an apartment-led residential development to complement Phase 2. It will share both the urban setting of Phase 2 and the parkland setting of the Village Green. The delivery of Phase 3 will coincide with the delivery of the Village Green.

Phase 3 is conceived as ‘villas in the park’ and is designed as 5 apartment blocks providing up to 200 dwellings in total. 35% will be 1-bed units and 65% will be 2-bed units and will contain a mixture of tenures to include both affordable and market sale apartments.


Car parking will be concealed underneath each building to allow the proposals to be fully integrated within the landscape setting.
