PHASING OF THE DEVELOPMENT

 

 

The development will not happen overnight. Longcross Garden Village would be developed in a phased programme over many years.

 

Any impact would be gradual and infrastructure would grow with the development. Village amenities would be delivered as the community grows and the communal needs evolve.

 

Once having received and considered feedback from local residents and stakeholders, Crest Nicholson Regeneration and Aviva Investors intend to submit a number of planning applications.

Subject to planning permission being granted, the timescales for the site would be:
