LONGCROSS NORTH – PROGRESS

 

 

Following the planning consent for Longcross North, there has been considerable progress on the development, with new entrances on Chobham Lane, the construction of the first phase of housing, and the imminent delivery of the first part of Chobham Common being the main visible signs.

COMMERCIAL – LONGCROSS PARK

850,000 sqft of offices will be provided at Longcross Park.

DISCOVERY BUILDING

A planning application for the Discovery Building was submitted in May.  Providing 1,265 sqm of floor space split over three floors together with two terrace areas for external seating, it will be a mixed-use facility that could accommodate:

  •  a coffee shop, delicatessen and bakery
  •  commercial office space
  •  community studio space

The Discovery building has been designed to offer flexible accommodation so that it can be easily adapted to different uses in the future. This will allow the building to evolve with the wider development of Longcross.

RESIDENTIAL

The residential development on Longcross North has been named 'Upper Longcross'.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PHASE 1

PHASE 2

In line with the consented outline application, we are currently preparing a reserved matters planning application for the second residential phase, which will provide 90 apartments in two buildings of 4-5 storeys. These will be 1 and 2-bed apartments.
